Whats a UDS Designer

Hi just changed PC's and discovered I have a new piece of Business Objects software called UDS designer. Does anybody know what this does and how it's used??

Universal Drill-Through Services is for building a bridge from an OLAP cube to a universe. When using WebI OLAP, you can pass parameters from the OLAP query to a WebI report.

You likely don't use WebI OLAP (very few do), so it isn't of any use to you.
