What would cause a program not to initialize when logged onto domain?

We have a pc that has Word Perfect installed on it. When the user logs onto the domain and tries to launch the program an error occurs that says program "failed to initialize". When the user logs into the local computer (Windows 2000 pro) the program runs fine.

Any ideas?

It might be user rights. Give the user tempory rights to test if thats it.
