What version to use of extremeware for BD6808 1

We need to upgrade to version 7 of extremeware because we need to use some of the new Gbit modules.

But what version is the right one to upgrade to, and what version is the most stable one.

We are currently on 7.0.1b11 and have had no problems since we upgraded a few months back.
