We connect our laptop to Port 0 on an option 11c to utilise option 143 to archive a customer database.
Bad news ...someone have stolen our cable....please can anyone confirm what cable type is required to connect our laptop to perform this function again. getting a replacement cable is proving not so easy...
Thanks

Not sure of the pin out but here is the part number for the cable NTBK48AA

NTBK48AA is a 3 port cable, port 0 is the main port for service. You should be able to find that info in the search files. This thread has the pinout see wdhb's responce.
