What service pack do we have?

We have Windows 2003 server as main domain. It received some errors lately.

After searching online, I am planning to install the Win 2003 newest service pack (SP1???). But when I checked the system (run, then "winver"), I got a screen saying that " Microsoft Windows Version 5.2 (Build 3790.srv03_rtm.030324-2048) copyright 1985-2003 Microsoft Corporation".

Does "srv03" mean we have service pack 3? What is the latest Windows 2003 server SP? SP1, SP2, or SP3? Any known issues from the latest SP? Thanks for your help.

SP1 is the latest service pack for Windows Server 2003.
