What role should I use when configuring Windows 2003 server for Exchange 2003? Should it be the mail or application server role? Exchange 2003 requires IIS, ASP and .NET services to be installed as well so I'm not sure.

Also, will client versions of Outlook including 97 work in conjunction with Exchange 2003?
