Hi
I assist in running a network using W2K Server with 2000 clients. The person that used to run it has left, with me tentatively taking it on for a while. We have advertised and now shortlisted candidates.
My problem is that my knowledge is very limited - adding users, DNS management, setting up emails. We are finally getting someone in to run the network fulltime which will leave me to get back to my job of wed design/development.
Trouble is I don't know enough about the network/W2K Severs to know what to ask the interviewee. I kinda need to make sure we get someone who knows their stuff but also any questions i need to be able to understand that they have answered them correctly.

Can anyone give me any help as to what questions i should ask or point me to a place that can advise me?

Cheers

Kefi

ok--ive a suggestion-- if you want to `test` your interviewies 2k knowledge you could always goto and cut and paste some of the questions with answers into a document-- make sure you get some questions from all the 2k tests--eg server/proffessional etc.

just a quick idea i came up with anyway.
