Do they just use the WSM using the port 4107, and hit it remotely? I am trying to hit mine from the house, and have added the class c /24 that i am on to the trusted networks of the service called watchguard. and it is timing out. i was wondering what else i need to do to hit it from an external network? thanks, jeff

try from your c class to any interface on the watchguard rule

You just need to put your external (static) IP in the incoming from box, thats all. And use the WG software. Put in the external IP of the FB and your password. Thats all support does.

ashleym is correct you need to add your own public ip address which you have at your home in the incoming of the watchguard service in the from tab. Then install the same software at your home which you have @ office. Use the external ip address and the password you will be in your firebox.
Watchguard also uses the same technique as they use port 4103 and 4105.

Thanks, I just opened up that range of IP addresses from my house and it works great!
