What means the error code 20997

Hello,

I'm programming a software program in Visual Foxpro togheter
with Crystal reports. One of our customers have always the error code 20997 when they want to print a report.

When I look in the help of Crystal Reports, I can't find this error code.

Can somebody tell me what's this means
