What load do you print the RTMB for your Tie Lines??

What load do you find the route member for your tie lines?? we had a power outage and two of our tie lines have nothing built on them anymore---

ld 21
prt
ltm

will print the members for each route

rebuild them in Ld 14

it is not taking ltm in ld 21- keeps shooting out err sch0099
