What license is required for softphone?

I am considering switching my cal agents to softphones. What license would I need?

Avaya, Panasonic, Polycom, APC, MCP, A+

Teleworker or Power user licences, but don't do it, softphones are really a temporary extn not for active agents :)

If you are thinking of home workers, then the same licences as mentioned above can be used for remote h323 extns which can work very well indeed (given the right router).... as well as in the office anyway :)
