A user wants to be able to have her calls rollover to another extension, not when she is on the other line, but when it reaches voicemail. She wants callers to be able to press 0 and be transfered over to another number. If a caller can't reach her she wants them to be able to leave a message and not roll over to another person. What is this function called and how can I go about doing it?

That would be the covering extension on the first page of the subscriber form. That user will also have to redo their personal greeting and state that if you need immediate assistance press 0 now.
