What is this error: [ID 746327 daemon.error]

Hi,

My system is running Solaris 10 with CA's Access control installed to monitor users activities.

We have been getting this error message in /var/adm/messages file:
selogrd[1359]: [ID 746327 daemon.error] Error sending to host localhost

Any input ?
