What is the equivalent of Excel's Text to Columns

HI there

Can anyone advise what is the equivalent of Excel's Text to Columns operation within Cognos Impromtu.

I know how to use the CONCAT function which would pull two columns together, but the pickle I'm in is that I need to split up data which is spearated by '/' in a single column.

Sarah,
Unless your DBA can set up a view on the data, I think you're limited to using 'LOCATE' or 'POSITION' to find the delineator and then 'SUBSTRING' to extract the relevant section, repeated as required.
