What is the equivalent of /etc/system in sco

Hi all,

what is the file in sco where you can set the mem variables...etc like in solaris it is /etc/system.

What are meaning by "mem variables" ?
If related with kernel parameters tuning, then:

You could do it in /etc/profile, which is the parent profile for each user.
