For most devices this won't mean a thing! but for applications that need fast data through put like video editing.
Up untill now! the only real choice has been Fire wire and USB 2 will be a real alternative.
It has the added benefit of accepting all the older USB 1.1 devices as well, so there will be no need to throw away usb keyboards, mouses etc Martin Vote if you found this post helpful please!!
