What is the difference between Dreamweaver 4 and dreamweaver ultra dev 4.0. The reason I asked is that I dont want to get regular dreamweaver if ultra dev has the same features plus the asp writing ability. I looked in the macromedia site but did not see it. Thanks in advance.

Dreamweaver is mostly for developing static sites. Of course you could develop dynamic sites with Dreamweaver but it lacks some of the functionality that ultra dev has. Ultra dev is better for developing server-side scripts (ASP, JSP, server-side behaviours etc.).
