What is the difference 4250n 4250tn

Want to know what the difference is between the n and tn model. I have supplied a printer to client and they requested a different model. also the 100 sheet tray on the front is this a manual feed tray or will the printer pull from this tray automatically. I have no manuals and the printer is no longer in my office. thanks
 
Yup.

D means Duplexer
N means Networked
T means extra paper Tray
