Hi All,

We have a single Exchange 5.5 Enterprise server on a windows 2000 active directory domain. I'm wondering what is the best way to upgrade to Exchange 2000? It currently sits on a single server, but the new exchange 2000 system needs to sit on our new Windows 2000 two node cluster server. Does anyone have any experience of this scenario?
Is it best to do an in-place upgrade on the current server and install the cluster server into the organisation? or should I install onto the cluster fresh and coexist with both systems until all resources are moved from the old to new server?

Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Regards

Mark

Start with going through faq858-3483.
A fresh install on a new server is always best, and cleaner.
