What is the best way to control the user’s directory? Each user has a U: drive some of the users U: Drive is very large mostly work related files and pictures. The problem is that our backups are starting to fail because of the size I am using BE 8.5. How are you guys handling this problem of the user’s directory?

Set a storage limit per user.
