Hi all
I spent many MSN Messenger hours trying to sort out my Mum-in-Laws computer problems
It would be very useful to be able to interact with her system and "see" what is going on
I know there are many software progs out there but which one is the best
Any imput would be appriciated

VNC is free and can be downloaded from just do a search for VNC. It is pretty sluggish but works fine. PCANywhere is by far the best I have used.

Another vote for VNC- best free prgram you'll encounter for this kind of work.

I also put in my vote for VNC. I do't think its that sluggish, but I use it froma T1 to a cable modem. 56k to 56k isn't that bad, but it's FREE and takes very vew resources to run.
I have also used PCAnywhere and yes, it is better, but it's expensive and is a real resource hog.

Thanks for the prompt and consise replys
I'm of to get VNC !
