When I'm monitoring my collectors I get a beeping and I over heard one of my reps say what is that beeping noise and got off the phone. Can this be fixed so the reps don't know that I'm monitoring them?

you running straight ACD? turn off warning tone on ACD queue

Just make sure you have a disclaimer before they get to an Agent that the call (May be monitored for traing purposes) or you could be in trouble with the law without the BEEP to let them know your listening.

obtn is set to NO. This should mean tone is off.
do you get a beep during a conf call? that will carry over to acd monitoring, it uses the same cards...
depending on the state your in, you may or may not need to tell the public that they are being monitored.. some states require just one end be aware, others require both ends or just the calling party... (lawyers need to make money to).. here we inform all external callers.. but this is a hospital and patient informantion is protected at all cost.
the area that has monitor does not have access to patient records, another safety barrier
