When I checked my history this morning, I discovered that INADS had called into my switch last night and issued the following command: "GO TCM".

What does this command do? Should I be worried?

Thanks for any insight that "the group" might have!

tcm is a debugging interface to call processing, usually used to clear corruption or look 'behind the scenes'. Not enough info to say how _concerned_ you should be, though :)

GO TCM is just as "jaymzter" says it is. A lot more can be done with tcm than with the usual commands. It actually brings up a command line that u can put a whole other set of commands. It doesn't necessarily mean anything wrong, although it can be. One of the commands in tcm is a command to look for a station with a certain name in it. I have used that command to find out what port or hunt group is related to the voicemail. What were the commands and alarms right before they did the go tcm? Look up your tkts at Avaya online and see what the tkt said, or call Avaya.
