What is "CPU host/PCI/spread spec.?"

What is "CPU host/PCI/spread spec.?" in the voltage management section of my BIOS? O/C'ing opportunity?

The options are along the lines of this:

Default
100/33Mhz/-0.5%
100/33Mhz/off
100/33Mhz/+-0.5%
102/34mhz/off
........etc

I hav a AMD ath 950, 200mhz FSB on an ECS k7VZA, sorry no BIOS version

Any help makes me eternally grateful! .....blah blah.... best of my knowledge, etc. "always in the quest for knowledge, and glad i could help"

If you have SDRAM that's rated at 100mhz, and you want to run a CPU that's rated at 133mhz (eg the Intel PIII 800EB) then you can "spread" the speed, so your old PC100 SDRAM will run with the faster FSB of the processor.
It's an invaluable tool for overclockers. Cheers,
