Hi, after dealing with a minor problem with our NW 6.0 servers I am now considering upgrading to NW 6.5. The network administrator that left the company purchased 6.0 with 3 year upgrade protection. Would someone suggest what the process is to get the upgrade from Novell? They must have some records of what was purchased and I'm sure I can find the original PO.
