what is is ora 1222 ,ora 2165, ora 1501

i am trying to create database with the command prompt. it replyes that i need to add more files redolog and datafile and it commented two errors the first ora 1501 and the other 1222. i added file and it now gives me a diffrent message this is ora 2165.
my question is:
where i can define that i want need to add 32 datafiles in order to create database and what do this errors mean. and if you somehow know where can i find a full oracle error site that i can be update about this subjects.

Why, with your apparent limited knowledge of Oracle
( and that is not meant to be insulting, no one is born knowing Oracle) are you attempting to create a database from the command line? - I hesitate to do it after 15 years experience!

Use the Oracle Database Creation Assistant instead to build a basic instance and work up from there..
