What is file activate.pvx? 1

My backup software job log started complaining that this file cannot be verified. File size is 1kb, dated 1/12/2002. I could just delete it, and see if Western civilization collapses . . . or ask you experts. GIA.

It's a file with the name activate, and an extension of pvx, and has a period in the middle, you ignoramus! How could anyone be so clue less as to ask that?

It contains your licenses. I wouldn't delete it.
It stays open while MAS is running. If your backup software can work open files try to back it up.
