What is an Active Debugger?? Win 98 SE

Im running windows 98 SE - I have a program im trying to run and it tells me that it wont run on a system that has an active debugger on it ??? What is this and how can I deactivate it ?? Any help would be appreciated

Hi TboneJr

Go to Tools\internet options\advanced and tick"disable script debugging" and while you are there untick "diplay a notification about every script error"
