What is ACID

Hello - I have a DID of 5555, did an LD 23/PRT/ACD/0/5555 on it and it looks like it is forwarded to 6666. LD 20/prt/dnb/0/6666 (below) lists ACID. I can't find ACID in the NTPs. My assumption is that ACID is ACD related, but looking for more details. Anyone know?

i think its a position ID for the station

Yes it is the position IDs of the agent sets assigned to the queue.If you print the TNB of 20 1 10 0 for example, Key 0 will be:

KEY 00 ACD 6666 0 7102
(Where 6666 is the ACD-DN and 7102 is the POS-ID)
