Hello all,

I'm new to this forum but i'm in need of some technical support. This is the question:

I have 6 Internet connections by cable modem;
I have an internal network of only one subnet with 150 hosts;
I need to load balance the 6 modems trough my internal network , what HP equipment should i buy ?

Thanks for your help in advance.

PS.: Sorry for my bad english :D

Wow. I would talk to an HP sales rep. Maybe the 9300 series?

Can it be done with a switch connecting the 6 modems and 1 port coming from that same switch connected to a router wan port ??? And then the router lan port connecting to the internal network ???

anyone ?

Hi s4kas,

No idea how you would go about this with HP specific equipment but in general i'd think that you'd need a router with 7 interfaces - one for each WAN link and one for the LAN.

The router would have to be able to load balance across the 6 WAN links.

You could try and build a free box using something like pfsense

Goodluck.
