what headsets connect directly to 5420, modular, not quick disconnect?

I'm just looking for an over the ear headset that plugs directly into a 5420.. i dont want to have to use a HIC/HIP cable, dont like the quick disconnect.

has to be a basic simple headset that can plug right in?
