Hi guys,

Anyone else having issues going to the new patner portal?
When i go to the old link then they redirect me to But then i get this: HTTP Error 404
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

When i go to salesforce.com and search for avaya partner portal then it works fine.

I cannot imaging that i am the only one.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

After SSO login I am in the salesforce pages, loads of crap

A simple mind delivers great solutions

Perhaps the problem is that I was already logged in on the sso account.

That changed many months ago tlpeter. It used to take SSO login but stopped for me months ago. But today I was forced to change SSO password and now I am back into the new site. Go Figure?

I know it changed months ago but it would redirect me.
But the redirection is broken and i wonder why :)

gotcha. The link you posted works for me. Routes to SSO login-then connects to old partner site- redirects to salesforce. No issue

And it is working again :)
Unbelievable, this has been like this for weeks.

well they apparently deleted the entire list of those who are authorized to open cases based on sold to for my entire company. My sold to list is empty. Nice.

It looks like they just deleted all stuff and rebuild it :)

Yeah I suppose that when reorganizing it is best to move all the furniture out of the room. A heads up from Avaya would have been nice.

About 2 months ago they deleted my SSO login completely.... That was a pain in the arse!
