what happend to 'folder' icon from DW cs3 to cs4?

Hi, using DW CS4

was going over a learning tutorial and noted that in the properties panel, CS3 for the Background had a folder icon to place the image, but CS4 does not.

so how do i place an image in the background in cs4?
