What files are accessed or used by users --Windows Utility ??

We have a windows 2000 server and i wanted to know if there
is utility or tool which can pretty much show me as what
all files are used currently and who is the user using it.


It should show me all the files used on that 2000 server which are used/open by users. GUI tool

Any ideas !!!!!!!!!!!!!1
