Can somebody tell me some things I can do to make my laptop faster, I have done:

Disk Cleanup
Disk Defragmenter
Virus Check
Spyware/Adware Check
Removed some unwanted programs

Any more suggestions?

Processor Speed: 900MHz
Hard Drive: 28 GB
OS: XP Pro
RAM: 252MB

Add RAM, no matter what MS says, XP is a LOT happier with 512MB.

Follow the suggestions here:
