What does this error mean?

When I process a cube, I get an error as follows:

Error 2147221421 (Internal Error) Could not update query log

Does anyone know what this means, and what I can do about it?

Make sure this file has enough room: msmdqlog.mdb

You can also try to compact it, or repair it.
