hi what does the "total usage" under "li measure hunt yesterday" stand for..is it total calls? i can't seem to add them up, my answered+abandonned does not add to this total.

thanks.

The total usage is in units or ccu's. The usage does not equal the amount of calls you took. I'm not 100% on whether it is ccu's or ccc's....but I do know that it does not equal the total calls.

what's a ccu or ccc sorry..also while we're on the subject of terms what is pn as in pn blockage ..thanks.

Total Usage - the sum of all times (in CCS) that the members of a hunt group are busy on hunt group calls. One CCS equals 100 seconds. See the Reports Manual for more information.

PN = Port Network

CCS = Hundred Call Seconds. (The Roman numeral for 100 is the capital letter C. The abbreviation for call seconds is CS. Therefore, 100 call seconds is abbreviated CCS).

PN blockage is when you have a call that goes between two cabinets and the call was blocked because of a lack of timeslot resources. The PN stands for Port Network.

You'll typically only see that on EPN's that are connected with T1's in a Centerstage arrangement. If you see it, you need more T1's. (4 is the max you can have incidently.)
