What does "Enter Parameter Value" mean? 1

I made a name change from NAME to NAME3 in the applicable databases. When I open the main form now which includes NAME3 on a subform, I get the subject window box. If I click OK, everything looks OK. What have I done wrong and/or how do I get rid of the pop up?

Somewhere in the query on which the form is based must have a reference to the original column name NAME, you need to find it and change it to NAME3 Regards
