Please, explain this to me, it's the first time I see it
Fifcp:path,format;
and one line shows
2007-07-31 01:01:45 TELNET5 HACKER ALERT !! PORT LOCKED!
Is it a real HACKER or anytime I fail to login I will have this answer. other way, can my system be attacked?

Somebody has attempted the username and password wrong three times. The port will lock for 40 minutes. Was this you or one of your technicians? If not then somebody may have the IP address listed wrong for another piece of equipment (like a router etc) or it could be a valid hack attempt.

I will say it's usually a mistaken IP address and somebody connecting to the wrong equipment.

ok. thanks for your post
