Now that you have invested in your Cisco equipment, what is the most frequent re-occuring costs and problems associated with your voice switch.
 
smartnet maintenance support would be the biggest one..

Apparently the new company that i reside at has been succesful in the rollout of the 3.1 version of call manager in several countries. We have approx. 1000 users on this at 30+ locations and are looking at the feasibility of the rollout on a limited basis in the US. There was a great number of p1 conditions at first, but thet has stopped. the 3.3 version will be tested shortly.
 
3.3 is almost like night and day over 3.1

3.1 is a POS.. 3.3 we havent' had too many, if any real issues with..

As for actual rollout, callmanager is very cheap. Since it can be remotely managed, it makes it easier to install and diagnose compared to a traditional system...
