What call logging do you use and do you like it?

At my last site we used BTS call logging over all of our sites. I quite liked it, but is was not the easiest to get the hang of.

My new site uses Focom Lumberjack. It seems really easy to use.

What other CIL packages are out there?

I use Accudail Enterprise for multisite support, and CAM for one site support
