What are the steps to add ACD keycodes to a CS 1000E 1

I need to add ACD keycodes to our ACD to add new agents but cannot find the steps to do so in Nortel manuals/cds. Does anyone have this information available that they may pass on to help out? It would be greatly appreciated! If I am not clear about my needs please address with info I might need and I will get it back to you A.S.A.P.

You will have to contact your Nortel/Avaya support to get keycodes. You have to buy them and installation is pretty simple after you get the new keycodes from them.

Thanks "Johnthephoneguy" I already have the keycodes from nortel, was just looking for the steps to perform the installation.

And thanks Triton101 for heading me in the right direction. Got the info and will be able to get the installation done now.

only thing that you might not see there is if you are using a compact flash card to install the keycode, you have create a directory called "keycode" and put the file in there.
