While looking up various DNS entries, I came across several A-entries in the form of "(servername)_nb", along with the expected A-entries for "(servername)". One was a CNAME.
What do these mean? What is their function?
Why do they get their own IP? In my case, the IP of (server)_nb isn't remotely close to the IP of (servername).
Why are they not paired up with every server?
