whan i want to show arabic database records, it show in bad character?

Hi,
How are You? M fine and hope same for You.
I have some problem in my arabic asp project.
i can write arabic in my text feilds.
and can save in access database.
it is working fine on my system.
it also show arabic records that are coming from database on my system.
I have save my all files in UTF-8.

I have use access 2000 database with asp.
I have upload all files and database on internet.

On this link you can see the arabic records, when i want to show records it show arabic records in bad character.

Please tell me that why it show bad character.
Either server must be arabic enable or we have
to do some thing with access database.
or we have to change format for file uni or ansi or whatever.
what i have to do?

if u r working on windows xp. u have first installed arabic language. so it is clear that arabic langauge must be installed before u run ur application on server.
to fullfill ur requirements u have built ur own font file or take it from someone. and u have to programm them in ur applications.
i make a activex controll in VB to get Urdu input in the text box. i made my own font file and text box controll.
so there should be no 'uncompatibility' problems.

Thanks for sending me response.Actually M is new in asp,and working in software house as programmer.
You understand well how mush difficult, when you did not have so much knowledge.
I'm working on Windows 2000.I have installed arabic on my system.
You told me that i have to make my own font file.
How it is possible can you provide.
I shall be very thankful to you for this purpose.
