Hi
I have recently changed our inbound handling of presented CLI so that we can display a leading 0 and have a continuous number display, no hyphens, for a CTI install.
All works fine except of a weird anomaly that is happening in UM I hope someone can shed a light on.
When we receive a call from one location in England with no CLI sent and it goes to UM the display shows External Caller and no number, this bit is OK and is what we want. When we receive a call to the same extension from a different location in England, again with no CLI sent, and it goes to UM we get External Caller (0).
Question is where is this (0) coming from and why only on certain calls?
We tried to just change the Sys Fea page 6 to add the 0 and change the number format but had to change the Trunk groups aswell, is this correct?
We have a Rel 9.5 and UM Ver 4.01
At first we thought it was our network supplier suppressing CLI and we were inserting the 0, we have eliminated this.
Here's the set up.
