Weird VPN problem

Morning,

Please help. I've got a client with a ISA Server, and I went to setup the VPN.

I used a standalone laptop dialed the ISP, then connect to the ISA/VPN. I had a problem but after ticking the option "use domain login" it worked. Now I am trying it from another site and it doesn't work, all I get is


Error: 678

The remote computer did not respond.

Anyone have any ideas on this please?

what are you behind @ the clients?

ie behind another firewall or ISA server?
