I have a user who cannot send emails to anyone who has not emailed her first. When she tries, the email just disappears, it doesn't sit in the outbox, it is not listed in sent items. If that person emails her, then she is able to send emails to that person. I have checked any rules that may be causing this but the only rule she has is a special alert for a specific email.
