Weird Message when trying standard phone copy 3

I have copied numerous phones over the last few years... I Recently added a New DL Card, and activated it by copying a phone onto TN 16-0 Works fine. Here are the card details;

I tried today to add another phone to this DLC but for some reason it will not take. See below,

SCH3300 Which in my book states the DN or Position ID is Invalid, it must be unique.

870 is a new unused DN. TN 16-1 is available See below

Did I not properly activate the new Line Card? Am I missing something very obvious? (its been a long day..) or could I have a bad DL Card?

What steps would a pro take to diag this?
Create a New?
Mov an Existing?

GO TO LD 20 AND DO A PRT ON DN 8,AND SEE WHAT COMES OUT

It appears that 870 is already in use. To confirm do as advised above or list unused numbers. It could be that 8 or 87 is used for something else? Hope this helps?

if those don't cure your problem, depending onyour rls, out the phone on that card,, build one, wrls no default all other allowed prompts (des, cust need a answer) then copy a set to it and you can out the default set.. some rls's had that problem. i now add the card via new cardmlt, but build a quick set does the same thing

Thanks PERRYPJ for the great Advice! Slowly starting to catch on to this monster. this is a screen dump from your idea which sort of tells me that my 888 or Voice Mail # requires the following DN's to work. guess thats why i see 888-87x when I enter VM.

JohnPoole - Phone Copy went fine to another "free" DN. I'll Keep your Idea in my DB for future ref. I now have the TN defined now its time to play with the wires and install a handset!

870 is a Postion DN, those can't be copied. No matter how hard you try, the system will not let you do it...however if you were successful, then you're going to need this number 1-800-4nortel.
