Guys,

I have a really weird problem. I am trying to create a Virtual Directory using the MMC. However, the MMC automatically renames the virtual directory name saying that a virtual directory already exists with the name I had chosen. However, this virtual directory doesn't exist - not that I can see anyway.

Anyone got any ideas??
We got the Nimda virus - don't know if it has anything to do with that!! Mise Le Meas,

The Nimda Virus replaces the mmc with its own version. Download the lastest virus definitions and run a full scan. The mmc.exe will probally be infected. We had this happen to some of our machines.
