Hello - I hope someone has some experience with this.
I have an exhange user (5.5 sp4) who recently sent a meeting request to one other person in our organization. This person responded to the meeting request and then received an "out of office" autoresponse from another user who was not listed in the recipients on the original request. I have checked the mailbox of the autoresponder and they did not even receive a copy of this meeting request.
Has anyone ever encountered this before? Where people get meeting requests that they are not even recipients for? I have checked into this and there was no BCC specified- nor is the autoresponder a delegate of either intended recipients mailbox.
Any ideas? I'm stuck.
